Misting & evaporation losses and machine operators' safety have always been a challenge with neat oil machining. Conventional neat oils based on mineral oils derived from crude have easy mixability with additives. However, poor viscosity index (gradual increase in viscosity), higher oxidation (degradation & rancidity) of & high misting (respiratory problems, equipment damage) are not acceptable to the users. Usage of FULLY SYNTHETIC TECHNOLOGY provides a very efficient solution to these challenges, but the conventional additives have poor mixability in these oils.
In this technology, FULLY SYNTHETIC base oils are processed into fuels and other hydrocarbon-based products, which are of the highest quality, extremely pure, synthetic crude oil free of impurities like sulfur, aromatics, and metals. However, the miscibility of conventional additives is difficult in these fully synthetic oils.
