We are pleased to inform our customers that our principals, Daubert USA, have successfully completed the pre-registration of substances in most of our Corrosion Preventive Products as required under the new EU legislation commonly referred to as REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals).

The completion of this process ensures that our customers using our products applied on exports to countries within the European Union can continue using our products for such applications. While we have tried to cover most of our product lines to ensure continuous usage, some of our products are not covered under the pre-registration process as their low volume band exempts them from this requirement. We are now also ready to issue “Declaration of Reach Conformity (DORC)” to any of our users for further submission to EU importers.

We will also complete registration of our substances, based on quantities to be imported in to the EU, prior to the deadline of May 31st 2018. It may be noted that our products are also RoHS compliant for the past several years. We remain committed to providing our customers with the latest and greenest corrosion preventive technologies.
