We are pleased to announce that we have concluded and signed a Technical Collaboration Agreement with a new partner namely Chemische Werke Kluthe GmbH headquartered in Germany. This Agreement makes our company exclusive manufacturing and sales partners for Kluthe in India for their entire range of products and technologies.

Kluthe is an European leader in the development and marketing of specialty chemicals in the field of metal working fluids/lubricants, metal working cleaners and pre-treatment chemicals with an annual turnover of Euro 220 Million (approx. 1500 crores). We shall be start with the manufacturing and selling of Kluthe’s range of cutting oils (HAKUFORM®) and aqueous cleaners (HAKUPUR®) and indigenous production is expected to start by August 2011. Manufacturing will also be complemented by establishment of a Technology Centre shortly after commencement of manufacturing. The Technology Centre shall be designed to deliver advanced solutions to our customers for not only the new Kluthe portfolio but also for the existing Daubert technologies.
